fires a LOT of bullets in a medium-wide and medium-long radius (can hold down to continue firing, limited ammo)
kill ability makes a loud minigun sound
sabotages by them last 0.5% more time
slower move speed
kill ability can sometimes make the player just explode and die
levithan kill ability replaces normal kill ability

The Sorcerer (Neutral)

Goal: Take everyone's souls

has an ability to take a players soul while nearby, has a 25 second cooldown
if a players soul is taken, they will die on the next meeting unless The Sorcerer is killed beforehand
players do not go into the sorcerers body like carnivore when their soul is taken
can use up one soul to kill a player, has a 25 second cooldown
can teleport into a different room of choice without venting, has a 55 second cooldown
cant take souls out of dead bodies

The Sonar (Goodie)

automatically scans a 5x5 foot area every 60 seconds
scan only shows results when 4 or more people are in the radius, if there are less it cancels
scan says which of the 3 classes (Goodies, Neutrals, Killers) are in the area but does not tell who is what class.

🚫Role name: Moderator
Team: Killers
Core Ability: Ban
The Moderator can ban someone. This means they cannot do tasks, report bodies, or use any of their role's abilities. If they ban a Wolf Granny, they will be revealed as a Goodie to all Killers.
Effect lasts for 1 minute with a 50 second cooldown.
Unique Interaction: In a meeting, the Moderator can ban someone from speaking and voting, but it will tell everyone that someone has been banned.
Counterplay: After a ban has been issued, the Moderator cannot kill for 30 seconds, but the banned player can still speak.

Cartrimino this is a terrible idea! Moderator roles could grief and ruin the game, they would just bonk everyone they see, and they can disable roles entirely, and people would be mad if some troll Moderator role just hit them over the head and a real killer popped up and now they just can’t do anything. 🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️

Cheesypoofs I honestly think he said it just to express an idea he has due to what happened to him and you yesterday on the forum… he put it into this thread instead of the “actual crisis roles ideas thread”.

Cirno I mean, yeah, it's because of what happened to me, but I did think it was a good idea at the time. And @Cheesypoofs, it's a killer role. It's supposed to make people easier to kill. A lot of the points you've made have already been covered. He can't ban everyone he sees because of the 50 second cooldown, the banned player can still speak so they can tell everyone who the moderator is, and they can just run away from the killer because they aren't banned from walking or they just wouldn't know who the killer is. I understand that the role has potential to be OP, but next time, try making valid points to prove that.
