This is exactly what I mentioned in the criteria for new role ideas. It can't be too similar to roles we already have. Look at the roles I came up with. They're all new ideas that aren't like anything else in Crisis. Yours is just security, but again, which is why it won't be considered. If you want your ideas to be considered, you need to come up with original and balanced ideas.
