Tiny_Fox probably not. This has always been a problem. Most pass quests involve quick match unless that isn't physically possible, hell, the entire game is geared towards trying to incentivize players to play quick match. Most if not all quests are quick match exclusive, you get more xp in general in quick match, the goddamn Nemo Kart achievements were all changed to quick match exclusive the very zeptosecond Nemo Kart became available in quick match. And if that wasn't good game design enough, the Nemo Kart achievements are all Shanghai exclusive even though the quick match tracks are random! Isn't that just fun guys!? (For the sake of my reputation on here, the last thing is sarcasm. Just in case there's someone on here who doesn't know what that means.)
