Cirno I participated in the event and chose dogs, and if I had to do it again I would! the dog skins are amazing, especially commodore fluffy.

Cirno just one question: since the cats won, did the cat knight skin get better effects on it (like when you drink milk with the knight skin on, it starts to glow red) instead of just orange? if so, that’s a cool update.

M4Y4D3R3 I don’t know if it got better effects, but the only thing that the winning team gets is that they can get both mystery skins (that being the cat knight and the dog knight), and if you lose you just get the mystery skins of your team. Have you ever seen it have orange effects? It’s pretty rare to see people with skins from that event.

with all respect as much as i would love to say it shoudl comeback i think it shouldent, its called a limited event for a reason, like cabbage dog and omnom, all the new fans are spamming for limited events and charecters to comeback, making them lose thier rareity, so with alldo respect, i do not think they shoudl come back

galaxy-cabbage I agree with your point, what I liked about the event was the actual gameplay. This is what I liked about the fairy pass too, daily challenges, weekly, and a whole thing I need to progress through. The skin seems cool but I don’t mint them completely changing them? I feel like it’s a nice event concept, but I’m fine with changing the skins. Of course, if the old ones come back, I’ll still be pretty content. Also, it’s a limited event, yes, but cabbage dog returned in the end. Of course it was just one skin, compared to cats vs dogs which was I think the biggest event.

Cirno one question though: how ? I mean, if cats vs dogs came back and then the dogs team won, how would that impact the players who were actually there for the event? would the same skin still be updated or would a new skin be made? But still, like you said, maybe they could keep the concept of “animal vs animal” without it specifically being just cats and dogs. maybe ducks versus geese?

M4Y4D3R3 Exactly, what I mainly want is to bring back the concept of cats vs dogs. Ducks versus geese would be funny, but there’s only one duck and one geese. Thats the only problem, with cats and dogs, there’s more than just one time of dog/cat. In the end, its a nice event and everything, but I don’t think its a good idea to bring it back now that we discussed it more clearly.

Since M4Y4D3R3 made a fair point, I thought of two ideas that would make things more fair for players who were in the event and players who missed it.

Maybe they could keep the whole event but change the mystery skin to something else for there to be a point in a team winning, plus a new rare skin. I thought of this but it may not work out because players who were there for the event would have little to do.
Maybe they could bring back the Cats Vs Dogs event but change the skins, like the other event had a theme, Good and Evil. So maybe this year they could make it Medieval themed? This would satisfy new and old players. Feel free to send other themes you can think of.

Cirno I guess it would be Birds vs. Lizards. I'd been thinking about a joke about that for a while, since we once discussed creating teams with a theme. I'd thought about a Bird Team, but there were only Duck, Goose, and Moonmoon, so I imagined them recruiting Yurusa as an honorary bird. But shortly after, they added the Penguin, even though it doesn't fly, and then the Crow.

I think the thematic teams I suggested should be in the "Ban this person from the forum" discussion, which was blocked. I'll see if I can find the suggestions I saw back then later.

If they made a fox skin and a wolf skin, it could be fox vs wolf, or maybe bunny vs hamster

P0pRok Didn’t someone (I think it was granny max?) say that a fox resembles nemo a little too much? But if they manage to make more distinct features I’d love a fox as well!

I believe you’re talking about the third image, right? If so, I think (not sure, the skin is too detailed for me to notice) that this was supposed to be a skin for the animal Fuguee, the red panda?

And I'm sorry to say it, but I don't think they'll make a fox character because he'd look too much like Nemo, and apparently they don't see a reason to do it. There was also talk months ago about making a skin in reference to Dogs in Space, but since Nemo Astronaut was already available, they didn't see a reason to make more characters with that skin. Dogs in Space is a series that I loved.
