But I'm still confused about what the void is. Is it the infection? Is it something else? What the hell does this mode add to the lore? Well, the void is probably the infection as I won't imagine the void is a force of good (Thunderbolts* taught me that) and the factory was probably how the fish snacks from the winter cabin were made, but they got shut down because they were using cursed matter from the book or something. That's why the snacks are gambled over in the cabin, because they're not being made anymore. And I suppose by the trailer that 2662 eventually made his home there and got infected by the void, now infecting anyone who sets paw on his home.
Someone PLEASE get game theory on this.
