Considering how few outfits are in the game, you're gonna hit dupes if you run the machine over and over. It's by design. This isn't something they're going to fix, because it was intentional. That's why they give you cookies when you hit duplicates...because it's not an accident. Yeah, it feels bad on the player end to not get something new every time, but that's the way they get you to keep trying.
