my game crashes on crisis mode on PS5

My game crashes on when entering crisis mode and I have tried putting it on safe mode and deleting the cache also tried deleting my saved data base and redownloading it from cloud but nothing is working and still crashes!! I contacted PS customer service and they basically told me they don’t know what else I need to do! I also contacted recreate support and party animals support but nothing from them either!

Have had others say this happened to them and they tried restoring licenses and clearing saved data but they havent updated the posts so not sure what has happened. They were able to get into regular games but not crisis.

Carrot yes I did check for the update and I have the latest version of the game, 4-5 days ago I was able to play the lab in crisis mode but the crashing has started since 2 nights ago. My ticket number is id:5ZOB3NPHYG.

PlayStation consoles keep getting memory dump errors when someone changes skins too fast in the "ready" round of Crisis Mode. Tonight in one game 5 people had to reboot simultaneously. What a drag!

ChillestWilliam Wow that's still not fixed? I havent been playing lately but I remember that being a bug before fall.

ToastySTENCH yeah when I play with my PS5 friends, we try not to change skins and only use one skin for the whole crisis game.

First it was Xbox that kept crashing during crisis, changing skins in the cabin or just in the middle of fishing. Now Playstation is the one crashing like that.
