Hello, recently I have been failing getting into party animals as a whole. When I click on the game it loads the PARTY ANIMALS screen then goes to the RECREATE screen with the little Nemo on the left. From there the little circle in the bottom left of the loads until it is at 53%, which is where it says “Updated Resources”. It then pauses, crashes, and takes me back to the Home Screen. Please note that I am on Xbox One, I have the game pass (I know it left the game pass but I bought it), this isn’t my main Xbox I have, the other one somewhere else and it’s a series X (that’s the one I mainly play on), finally I have tried uninstalling twice and that hasn’t worked. Please get back to me soon so I can figure this out, thanks!

Hey there,

Sorry for the bad experience. Please try the following methods to see if they resolve the issue you're experiencing:

Verify the integrity of the game files:

  1. Please right-click Party Animals in the Steam library and open ''Properties''.
  2. Then click ''Verify the file integrity'' in ''Files installed'' and wait for it to finish.
  3. It will work after verifying.

Perform a clean installation of the graphics card drivers:

  1. Open "Geforce Experience".
  2. On the main page, click the "DRIVERS" tab. The program will automatically detect the latest version. If you already have the latest version, click on "Reinstall driver".
  3. Click on "Download".
  4. Once the download is completed, select the "Custom Installation" button.
  5. In the pop-up window, check the box for "Perform a clean installation", then click the "Install" button.
  6. Click on "Close" after the installation.

You can also follow the instructions provided in the article on our official website: https://support.partyanimals.com/article?id=348

Upgrade your Windows version:

  1. Click on the "Start" menu, select "Settings" (the gear icon), and then click on "Update & Security".
  2. In the "Windows Update" tab, click on "Check for updates". The system will automatically search for available updates.
  3. If there are any available Windows updates, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install them. You may need to restart your computer to complete the installation.

Thanks for your cooperation and support!

Thank you for the ideas but I don’t think that I can apply any of them because I’m on Xbox. These look like they are instructions for PC, but correct me if I’m wrong. If you could give me instructions that work for Xbox One that would be great. Thanks!
