I was reading a few posts and came across a situation that I hadn't read anywhere else. To increase my chances of achieving the achievement, a teammate helped me. He knocked people out for me, threw them off the bridge and protected me while I was just running. no hitting, no holding or anything else. After the round I didn't get it but VERY surprised my mate got the achievement!?. Either the requirements are bugged or the description for the achievements is incorrect

Please make sure you neither hit other players nor get touched or hit by other players or thrown items, and win one round in Quick Match to see if you can successfully unlock the Peace Elite achievement.

Im an expert on this achievement cause i had same problem than u, and i can tell u that dont run, dont hit, dont be hitted, dont take the ropes, dont be nothing play in quick mode and only this way u will get the achievemnt. Just be in peace with the world 
But that doesn't explain why my mate got this achievement. In many ways it makes absolutely no sense
