  • Error code 50100 when trying to create/join game

Hello! I have just purchased this game about a day ago and after the playstation shutdown i tried to create a room and got an error code 50100. I also receivee the error code when trying to join a game. Local game works fine.

1.Your In-game ID. (Frugalgecko)

2.The specific server node you were connected to when the issue occurred. (All available server nodes were attempted)

3.The exact time and date you encountered the issue, including your time zone. (Saturday feb 8th
2025 8:40 pm)

4.Your current location, including the country, city, or region. (United states pennsylvania harrisburg city)

5.The type of network you use (e.g., wired or wireless, private network, public network, or campus network). (Wireless at home internet)

6.The name of your Internet service provider and the speed of your Internet connection. (Verizon 342.7 mbps downloaded, 236.8 mbps uploaded, latency 12 ms, server washington)

    Could you please connect your computer to the same network as your PlayStation and run a Ping Test using the following steps?

    1. Open the Command Prompt.
    2. Type the command line without quotes ''ping -t gamelift.us-east-1.amazonaws.com'' in the black box and hit enter.
    3. Take a screenshot of the ping results displayed (more than 30 rows) and send it to us
