So the new animal from the Fairy Catcher claw machine called Platypus Blackcurrant, should be categorized as an egg-laying and diving animal, but it's not. So the issue is that it won't count towards completion of quests on these said terms, maybe more categories it could fit in too.

yeah, it is sad, but the skins do count in missions. The new fairies are considered skins of cabbage dogs so the other fairies are plant-eaters and canines just like cabbage dog
That's pretty weird, I think devs should reconsider changing this, as it makes no real sense as to how the animal look like.
Also this is a fruit that looks like a platypus so is it really egg laying?
