I found a way of getting out of the map in crisis, you just need to grab the oxygen tank from the Oxygen Generator and go to the oxygen supply room, grab the oxygen tank and someone needs to open the trapdoor to supply, You fall into the well holding onto the oxygen tank and run towards the bottom until you hit the wall, When the oxygen tank despawns you appear outside the map.
