Fairy Catcher / Claw doesn't work right

Hello! The claw machine isn't working right. When I try to catch a toy it stop way before, over the toy and doesn't even try to grab it, maybe because it is to close to the wall and the calw doesn't go all the way down somehow, cant even move the toy. It happened that it stopped even higher than on a screenshot couple of time, not even touching a toy and I spent money on it
