No Stella Skin (French Bulldog) in Plantation5 version

I’m a huge fan of this game from Steam (Pc) today i bought this game in PS Store but there is not Stella character at all in PS version? How?

DeathTrooper you had to unlock it in an event so I wouldn’t expect to see it anytime soon.
