Don't worry the support of this game is dead.
I reported so many cheating videos and they replied with automated responses in Tickets. I got friendly fired in so many games. There are even a guy named Cloud in my friendlist, I put him there to NEVER play with him. He always kills teammate first and I reported him like 100 times. He never got banned.
