Game Crashing Consistently After Purchase

My family and I have been enjoying Party Animals since the day it came out on Game Pass, but we recently purchased it since it's leaving Game Pass. Ever since we purchased it, the game has been crashing just about every time we play it.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

If problems persist, please visit our website https://support.partyanimals.com/login to create a ticket, and provide us with the following information:

Which mode did you play - Quick Match or Custom Game? -Classic, Smash or Nemo Kart？
Was it during a specific part of the game (e.g. during a round, while loading the map, while selecting Pawers, or at the end-game screen/podium)?
The exact time and date you encountered the issue, including your time zone.
The relevant video.
The specific model of your Xbox console
Your in-game ID.

Barbie Thank you for your reply! We played it quite a bit over the course of the last couple of days without any issues, but it was primarily Winter Cabin. My daughter has been the one playing when it crashes mainly so I will be sure to reply when it happens again and ask her about your questions.
