Game sais im on friends pass when i own it

I recently had a friend buy me the game through steam and when i load the game it tells me im on a friends pass even tho ive never installe dthe friend pass idk how to fix this

but instead of buying it, go to support page again and click "It's not in my library" and there should be an option to restore it

Igor Unfortuntly those steps did not work for me ive created a ticket im not sure what else to do in this scenario

Underbite i have created a ticket but i wasnt sure how to screen shot on my pc to upload an image onto the ticket but i did mkae a ticket in hopes to resolve this i just updated and uploaded a photo of my games list and that i received it as gift
