Party Animals Cart 卡住8~9秒 Freeze 8~9secs

there are bug when I play Party Animals Cart
video as below.
you can see it almost 8_9seconds can't move.
of course I do press accelerator Key.

please fix bug

this was already reported multiple times on chinese forum. dont worry, it should be fixed with next patch
