Items found at the start and for the duration of the rounds can quickly spiral into becoming oppressive win conditions for anyone capable of quickly sneaking away with it in their thieving paws before anyone else can realize that these weapons spawned, these weapons incentivize and cultivate a toxic body camping mentality where the user is within arms reach of knocked out players just to spin attack their 2 handed Lollipop or Shovel for outright knocking out their opponents lethally while one handed items like Nunchucks are incredibly dangerous to approach as nearly any direct attack against someone with them can swing them around and knock anyone with little risk involved despite flailing around with it has a chance to knock yourself out as its double edged sword, then you have the disabling guns (Stun/Freeze guns) which can effectively stun-lock players and prevent them from being able to play the game which is an incredibly un-fun and oppressive experience to suffer trough...
What i could see being looked into is to reduce the likely hood of being lethally knocked out by 2 handed melee weapons that are able to do so but that'll also increase the amount of time people will spend camping bodies until they hit that lethal knock out hit, what i could suggest is to reduce the wake-up time so people can recover faster from being hit so they can get out of harms way before whomever was trying to camp them can swing their weapon at you.
Then for Nunchucks the easiest way to nerf them is to increase the baseline chance to hit yourself, i think 3-4 continuous swings before being hit by the 5th should be fine, you shouldn't be able to use it as an effective shield that threatens anyone close to a knock out that could potentially send you flying off the stage, edge guarding with them is unfortunately not going to change and the best thing you can hope for is that your partner helps you up from the ledge before they camp you or eliminated players are willing to slap the corner camper in the face with a comedic fish or moon-cake.
With the disabling guns i feel like they need a grace period where the affected players eventually resists the effect and become immune to the Stun and Freeze guns effects so the disabled players can pick themselves back up and retaliate instead of letting such fowl (chicken pun intended) play go unpunished.
