A while ago I mentioned that on Black Hole, if I'm spectating and I want to hit players on the chain with a bomb, I won't throw the bomb where it'd land right next to the chain. Instead I throw it a little "upstream" of the chain, meaning that when the gravity kicks in, providing I've timed it correctly, the bomb will be carried towards the chain and will explode as it passes.
I do this more often now because many players expect a bomb to land right next to the chain, and are often prepared for it. Throwing it upstream, however, means that most just don't see it as a threat (if they even see it at all) until it explodes right next to them.
Here's a quick example. Watch the rabbit. If I'd thrown the bomb at the chain, it probably would've rolled away or the player might've thrown it away. If I'd thrown it at the chain later, then it would've been carried away by the gravity before it exploded:
I usually position it a bit farther to the left of the screen, but as I'd waited too long and knew the black hole was about to open, I had to position it a bit closer in this instance. You get the idea though.
Someone asked for an example when I mentioned it before, so here you go. Was it you, @Igor?
