Help with twitch rewards

Hello, I don't know if it happens to everyone, but I've had problems with Twitch drops. It's just that I watch the streams and they don't reach my account in party animals

Please kindly note that to receive all Twitch Drops rewards, it is necessary to follow a few steps:

Ensure that you claim the rewards on Twitch.
Link your account to our event page [https://partyanimals.com/twitch-drops].
Activate the rewards in Step 3 and make sure to receive them in the game before they expire.
We greatly appreciate your attention to these steps.

Due to regional restrictions imposed by Twitch IP authorization, players can only log in to Global Servers and claim Twitch Drops rewards.
If the event page shows errors, please close the translation plugin and try again. You can also use other browsers to have a try.

If the relationship is not updated after linking the account in Step 2, please try logging out of your Twitch account and logging back in.

If your rewards are not claimed, you will find that the button in Step 3 has been changed from "CHECK MY DROPS" to "ACTIVATE".
Please note that if you claim the drops after they expire, you cannot accept them in the game. (You can find the expiration time of the relevant drops in the DROPS CALENDAR on our event page)
