Lost money/characters

I spent $10 for in-game money to do the 10 egg mystery thing, the money went threw, i hit the button for 10 eggs, 10 came out and before they opened, my friend qued us into a game and i lost my money and got no characters for it, didnt even see what they were.
i also dug threw all my characters to see if i even had a single new one and i didnt.
i just want the ingame money back to redo it and get my characters.
i can even supply email proof saying I spent the money on ingame money
