Hey there,
According to some players’ feedback, the issue may be related to router settings.
Please start the game with administrator privileges or modify your DNS settings to attempt resolving the problem.
In case of persisting issues, we will need the game logs that have recorded the problem, and a screenshot of the Ping Test to analyze the issue further.
Please follow the steps below to get the log:
- Quit game.
- Right click "Party Animals", then click "Properties". Type "-log" in the "Launch Options", and close the Properties window.
- Restart the game. Then in Steam Library, right click "Party Animals ", then "Manage", then "browse local files". In the pop-up windows, you will see log files named "2023-09-xx_xxxxxxxxx-Laptop Name". Each game session will generate one log.
- Try to reproduce the issue and remember the time when you encounter it. Then quit the game, and ZIP all the log files.
Please go to our official website to create a ticket, provide the time you encounter it (including your time zone), and attach the zip file and the screenshot to the ticket.
Note: “-log” will degrade the game performance, please remove it after fetching the logs.
We will get back to you as soon as we find out what's going wrong.
Thank you for supporting Party Animals!
Best,
Party Animals Support Team
