Is this a bug or an exploit?

For some reason when I go on the pool table I start fluffin army crawling?? This is happening with others to so im convinced it’s a bug-

PepperPawzz OK, first of all you're you use Xbox one I use Xbox series X and also that's a really funny bug. It's like one of my favorite bugs.
