Occasionally (like about 1 in 5 games) the game has a lot of lag. Best way to describe it is occasional stuttering about every 0.5 - 2s that lasts for 0.2-0.5s. It also slows down the pace of the game. It seems like a bad server. It occasionally happens to a game that is running fine.
It's not just me because others in the game have confirmed they also experience it. I'm playing on NA servers (Ohio)
