Scenario: I was playing last night for the first time and I was able to earn a few thousands of cookies from leveling up and completing a weekly challenge (use a meat eating animal 10x for 3000 cookies) - I also topped up 120 nemo bucks last night and earned 200 nemo bucks again just from playing. The following day (today) I lost my cookies. Its no just 25 and my Nemo bucks is 50 despite not using them ---> (I do not have extra costumes or characters in my locker). A notable change is that the store updated and the garfield (orange cat) 12,000 cookies costume that has a cape that I want to buy is gone. And the sheep (22500 cookies) was swapped to Ori (22500 cookies) --- you know those collabed skins.
I am not sure if this is just because of the update?
