I have a problem where i dont have access to anything because it acts like i have the friend pass even though i purchased through steam after the friend pass

As SmartisanVae posted above, to resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

Click on the "Help" option in the Steam interface's upper left corner.
From the available options, select "Steam Support".
Locate and choose "Party Animals".
Select the last option, which states "I want to permanently remove this game from my account".

After completing these steps, please try downloading the game again.
