as last year i wished shining soul card were uno cards, i felt that it was my duty to buy shining soul paws cards, even when i hardly scratch enough money on food
you may be wondering, is there enough cards in one shining soul box to play paws in real world. let's first look at how many cards you need to play uno
there are 76 standard uno cards in one box, exactly as much as full set of standard shining soul paws cards, with the exception that in paws each of these cards is unique, when uno has two copies of each card. what you need is two full 1-9 sets of cards of each color. example: two blue 1, two blue 2, etc.
now let's look how much i got from my box
yellow
1 x2
2 x2
3 x0
4 x1
5 x1
6 x2
7 x2
8 x2
9 x1
purple
1 x3
2 x1
3 x2
4 x3
5 x1
6 x0
7 x1
8 x3
9 x1
blue
1 x1
2 x1
3 x1
4 x1
5 x1
6 x0
7 x1
8 x2
9 x1
green
1 x1
2 x2
3 x1
4 x1
5 x0
6 x2
7 x0
8 x2
9 x2
single sets are almost complete and there is a lot of doubles. this is already enough to play with one person, but for better experience it's recommended to collect the remaining cards. the cards dont have to be all unique, just two copies of each number of each color.
you also need action and wild cards. in uno there is 32 action and wild cards (8 skip, 8 reverse, 8 draw 2, 4 draw 4, 4 wild). paws has 32 unique action and 11 special cards. let's look what i got
draw 2
blue x1
yellow x2
green x2
reverse
blue x1
yellow x1
green x2
purple x1
skip
purple x1
bow
blue x1
green x1
purple x1
arrow

special cards
egg x1
bomb x2
taser x2
banana x2
poison x2
good, but still too little
conclusion: to play paws in real world you need to buy at least 2-3 boxes of shining soul cards. this make paws many times more expensive than a pack of uno cards. paws is uno of kings and emperors. a full set of paws cards in your house is a display of power, wealth and divine authority. or it shows your real world friends how much of a nerd you are collecting videogame cards
as one of my wishes came true, i still wish to play paws in real world with Barbie and Underbite. i hope they don't hate me too much
