Poor Game Connection even with good Ping and Up-/Downloadspeed

I have this issue since last saturday, where the whole lobby is lagging without any reason. Ping is good, overall connection is good, but the movement of the players is very stuttery and i have input delay. It's not frame stutter it is connection instability.

I'm in the beta program. that would make sense.
I did a rollback, but it didn't change anything, because my last update was already a 24h2 beta version. Can I manually do something else to fix this? What's the technical reason to this?

Im bumping this, still happening and its this game only. Any fix? cant rollback

I’m experiencing the same stop-motion lag on Xbox. Strong connection and ultra low ping and it still occurs. Not sure what’s happening
