Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum but I've been playing the game since its launch. I came here looking for this topic because I'd like to suggest an interesting idea that came to me a few days ago and every time I think about it, I imagine the different possibilities that this game could have and that perhaps, it could change the perspective of the game.
Without further ado, my idea involves bringing a new lobby to the game, a lobby that would become a game mode. Initially in this lobby, upon entering it, the player would find themselves in a sort of room in which they could choose which map of the game to access.
For example: the American soccer map. In the lobby room, the player would choose that map and be teleported to it. So here's where the big idea begins: on entering the aforementioned map, the player enters ANOTHER lobby, but one that is located on the selected map. There, the player could interact with the map just like in Winter Caban and also look for a quick match of the selected map. Each lobby map (as I call it) would have unique interactions and elements, I'll give you another example. Still on the same map (American soccer), when you're playing a quick match, you can see a boat in the middle of the lake or Nemo and Macchiato in a pleasant moment in the map's external environment. Why not pilot the boat on the lake or have the same interaction on the bench with your crush? These would be interactions present only on this map.
To give even more imaginable examples, I'll cite two games (just as an example). Crash Bandicoot and Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare.
In Crash Bandicoot 2 & 3, the player navigates between the game's stages via a room in which he can go to any of them.
In Plants vs Zombies, the player is faced with a place called the Backyard, where basically everything is concentrated, character selection, game mode selection, map exploration, etc.
Now it's clearer, right?
Remember that these were just examples, my ideas were not based on these games.
So to summarize, that would be the lobby map. There are still details I'd like to give, but first I'd like to hear the community's opinion to really know if it's a good idea, I'll be waiting for opinions, thanks.
