Give a Skin to another Player

Hello, I noticed that there is an option that allows you to gift the skins to someone else, but this option is not available once you have purchased the skin for yourself. Is this a mistake or is it supposed to work like this?

You can choose outfits purchased with Nemo Bucks in the item shop and click on the "Gift" button to send gifts.
Please notice that newly added friends can't be gifted in ''few days'', which will be judged by the system.
