Many cartoons and plush toys depict panda tails as black — but in reality, they're actually white! Giant pandas have short, round little tails that aren't very noticeable. Since they often sit directly on the ground, their tails can get a bit dirty and appear yellowish-white. Occasionally, some pandas may have a tiny bit of black fur at the very tip, but overall, their tails are still white!
