@Tinyteacup34 I feel that too.. but it usually comes in phases. I've found over trying to pay attention to it over the years that its usually when I'm least physically active I'm the most tired. What I really mean is when I'm going to the gym, especially early like 6 am then I feel i have more energy - especially on my days off from the gym. It takes a while to switch your response to this, like months. At first you'll be exhausted and tired, but once its routine you'll just feel so much better.
Before I really dialed in what I think the cause is for myself, i used to look at those people who bike early af in the morning and wonder how it was possible. Thought maybe it was what they were eating, or something? I dont know, but I tried to mimick it, early exercise routine, healthy eating - when I do this i feel great.
Maybe try this? Idk. Thats my personal experience as an adult figuring out over a span of like 5 years of trying to figure out what exactly works for me to feel more of a person more often.
