I've waited 2 Months for my twitch drops

I spent 5 hours watching twitch around October time for the twitch Levi outfit and yes my Xbox account is linked to twitch yet I still haven't received my drops if anyone could help me out or give me an explanation why I would really appreciate it, thanks

Sorry, we're unable to provide assistance on this issue.
The rewards require you to log in to our event page[https://partyanimals.com/twitch-drops] and claim them before they expire, and then accept them in the game.
However, as you can see in the picture, the rewards expired.

Carrot There are a number of people who have this issue and have reported it to the forums. Take a look at my thread highlighting the same type of issue in detail:

I've personally opened tickets with Party Animals and Twitch support on the day of the issue and I have yet to receive a response on either platform.
Please at least take this issue in consideration and have a look at it.
