Honestly, I really do like party animals and I think the game would be great for children if it weren't for the voice chat function. It seems that there's no way for it to be monitored and every time I play there is at least one person who will be using slurs or grossly inappropriate language.
One instance of this which especially attributed to myself not voting Party Animals as best family game, was when I heard a young boy, obviously a child, be sexually harassed by an older player.
Even if it weren't for these issues, I think that voice chat in a children's game is really hard to implement in a positive way. It holds back Party Animals from being a good children's game. I hope that the voice chat gets reworked.
