One feature that I love in Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War is the random operator/random skin or "shuffle" option in the customization menu. It allows players to globally or individually customize their operators. You can manually choose which operator you want to play as for each faction, or you can have the game randomly select one when you enter the pre-game lobby.
For example, let's say I have Woods and Mason unlocked. By selecting the random operator or "shuffle" option, the game will randomly pick between all the operators I have available for that individual match. On top of that, each operator can be individually customized to how the player desires.
Another example is let's say I have a bunch of skins for Woods that I like. I can select "shuffle" in the customization menu for Woods and when I play as him in a match, the game will randomly select a skin for woods that I have unlocked. Let's also say I have a bunch of skins for Mason, but I only like one. I can select that one that I like and not use the "shuffle" option, and it will only use that one skin I selected every time I play as Mason.
This feature would allow players to have the option to spice things up and play as the various characters they have unlocked and will also allow them to enjoy the various skins and cosmetics they have bought and unlocked. I find it tedious in the pre-game character selection screen to have to manually navigate to a character, swap between the various skins I have available, and then manually select it.
I think it would also speed up pre-game lobbies. Instead of waiting for players to manually select their character and skin, if the toggled the random character and "shuffle" skin option, then the match starts way quicker.
