Basically there's a million hurtles to jump like finding bilibili, trying to register, typing in your number, getting the code, typing the code, then it sends you to a verify page, get the app on your phone, scan the qr for verification, then it asks for chinese name and id for verification so... impossible for u.s. party animals?
