Have you updated your version to 1.2.0.0? If the above problem still exists after updating, please get a game recording and log, and create a work order on the official website to send it to us. In the ticket description page, please remember to add your in-game ID and the time when the problem occurred.
The way to get the log is as follows:
- Quit game.
- Right click "Party Animals", then click "Properties". Type "-log" in the "Launch Options", and close the Properties window.
- Restart the game. Then in Steam Library, right click "Party Animals ", then "Manage", then "browse local files". In the pop-up windows, you will see log files named "2023-xx-xx_xxxxxxxxx-Laptop Name". Each game session will generate one log.
- Try to reproduce the issue and remember the time when you encounter it. Then quit the game, and ZIP all the log files.
