Igor Sorry, I should've been clearer, as I also like the lockers and don't want to lose them. Maybe I should've used the word "platform" instead of podium, as podium makes sense only at the end of the match. So, what I'm saying is that if each team were standing on their own coloured platform in front of the lockers, that'd make it clearer who your teammate is before the match starts - without needing to bring up the menu.
Also, having the name of the colour written on the platforms I'm suggesting would be helpful too, as that would make it clearer that each colour actually means something within the game, and the colour isn't just an artistic choice. If it were just coloured platforms, then it might not be clear that the person standing next to you is actually on your side!
This would reduce the chance of your teammate not knowing who you are, while still allowing those happy funny accidents when your teammate goes a bit crazy and gives you a whack too. I personally find it funny when I give my teammate a whack or they do the same by accident. I just find it frustrating when you encounter those who a) don't know they're on a team, which can be improved by the above, or b) don't care. For b), we can't do much about that, but as someone above said, those kinds of cases are more rare.
I'm with @Fasty on this too, as like they do, when the teams later get randomised, I'll make a point of getting revenge immediately.
