I can't help but notice that the allocation of XP in this game seems to be handled really poorly.
You either win a full game and receive an increadibly generous reward of XP, or you get barely anything at all, just for taking part.
In the latter case, all of your hard work during that time, all the rounds you won, all the people you knocked out of the game, the length of time you managed to survive against all odds etc. It means sweet F all.
This can be really demoralizing for players after a tedious game that's been dragging on for a long time through which they've given it all and the only reason they diddn't win is by a hairs width and a touch of bad luck.
The allocation of XP would be better handled if it were to focus more on smaller accomplishments as mentioned above, such as each single round in a game that a player/team has won rather than only focusing on the big picture.
Handling it this way also has the potential of equating to less people randomly leaving matches if they think they are going to lose too, and also will lead to fewer people uninstalling due to a lacking sense of progress that may be better fufilled elsewhere.
Just my two cents, but I think it's worth consideration.
