I know I already posted on support, but I double checked 2 clips of me playing, and no king Nemo, how could you say it was on my old steam account when it wasn't? I don't want another error to happen with this game, I have proof i purchased before september 20. 2023. My brother also ad the same issue, i don't know why it happened.

At the top of the Steam page, find 'Help' > 'Steam Support' > 'Party Animals' > 'View Receipt,' and take a screenshot of the current page.
Click 'I would like to view or print the receipt for this purchase,' and take a screenshot of the current page.
(Both screenshots should include the invoice Transaction number, Date issued, and your Steam username in the top-right corner of Steam).
