Bug with Arabic support

So, as I mentioned earlier, I said I would do Arabian's job for him since he was terrible at doing it himself.
So here goes.

At some point in the last year, the game was updated to an unspecified version. This update created a bug in the game that caused server issues in the Arabic region, rendering the game unplayable in those regions. It has been confirmed that this is not due to network issues, as the game still crashes while the connection is stable. It is certain that this issue exists on PC, but other platforms remain unconfirmed as of now. This issue has remained mostly unnoticed due to a lack of awareness, and the incompetence of the users who try to spread awareness. These users have often tried to ask for irrelevant privileges along with the fixing of this issue, such as a server dedicated to this region or adding support of the language. While the latter is an option that should be considered, it is not relevant to the issue at hand, so should be ignored for now. The one who knows the most about this issue is Arabian. Unfortunately, he is difficult to communicate with, and I can make a reasonable assumption that none of the moderators of this forum are particularly fond of him. Taking that into account, I would like to say that I do not support Arabian's actions on this forum. However, this is still an issue that must be fixed. By making this thread, I am not fighting for Arabian, but for the Arabic players as a whole. If talking to Arabian is still an option that the moderators are considering, however, I advise to apply pressure to him. It is likely that he will not give all the details necessary, so asking him more questions on top of those will force him to tell the information that is needed.

[unknown] Wow, just wow. Everything you have said in this one post is irrelevant to the topic at hand, if not already addressed. Just in case you haven't actually read my post though, I will address some of your complaints.

[unknown] I play other games without a VPN and they work perfectly, and my internet connection is also excellent. If the issue were on my side only, it would appear in other games too.

I have not mentioned a VPN here. Why are you bringing up irrelevant topics? Besides, I have also made it clear that this bug is due to an update, so they are aware the problem is from them.

This only proves that you didn't read my post. I have already mentioned that language support is not the main issue. The issue is how Arab players cannot play the game.

I assume you are not talking to me when you say that it's my game, because I have no say in how the game is made. However, I will say that I am aware of the existence of Arab players. That's why I said so in the post. You would know that if you read it.

[unknown] We need server improvements and language support instead of spending money on tournaments. If you had invested once in solving this issue, it would be fixed. Ignoring it only makes it worse instead of improving it.

This is incorrect. As previously stated, the language support is not the main issue. We can focus on that later. What we need to focus on now is the server issues.

Arabian-Revenge You see, that is where you're going to fail. If you keep commanding them to do two jobs at once, they're going to be less likely to do so. However, if you separate the two jobs and prioritise one over the other, they are going to be more likely to do both jobs that way. You seem to be thinking that by prioritising the servers, Arabic language is not an issue. I am not saying that. I am saying that letting the players communicate is not the current priority, but letting them actually play the game is.

That’s exactly why I said the language is easier and more realistic than waiting for servers. The game already lost many Arab players because there is no Arabic support, no easy communication between players, and no proper community features.

You can’t force them to add servers if they only care about profit, especially as a small company. But asking for Arabic language support is simpler, cheaper for them, and could bring back more Arab players. More players means more activity and more money, which increases the chance of future server improvements too.

So no, staying silent for months changes nothing. At least by continuing to talk about the language, you are reminding them that Arab players still exist.
