Thank you for your feedback. Regarding error code 10008, please make sure your network connection is stable and try clicking the “Retry” button, as this may resolve the issue.
If the error keeps appearings, please close the game, then press Win + R, enter: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\RecreateGames\PartyAnimals
Click “OK”, delete all the files in the folder that opens, and then restart the game.
Please note that deleting these files may also remove some of your in-game custom settings.
