Ping is way too high!

For the last two days the game is unplayable after an update, the latency is between 200-400, resulting every action to be performed 1 second after the input. The ping says 30-40 on the European server, however as soon as the match begins the ping raises up to 400. Support team - could you please take a look?

Add on : I've restarted the game multiple times, I'm connected to the European server. When I ask the other players where they are from - They are from Asia.

Thank you for looking into it, also if it helps : Each time I start the game, the European server is selected on the loading screen. But if I go to settings I see Asia and have to manually change it and restart the game. Wondering if it is some setting for server select that is being ignored by the engine.

Thanks for your feedback. We’ve recently made some optimizations related to server matchmaking. Could you please try enabling Ping Priority again and see if the issue improves after restarting the game?

I just did this,
even if Ping Priority is set to on,at every restart of the game ASIA is selected again.
So every time need to select Europe then restart but just works for 1 session

@Carrot Thank you, the ping is now 38 and it seems the sever stays Europe event after new map.

liberta no,i dont think that its working,when you open the game it will start again with Asia!!!

@Thegeaba @Carrot At first glance it seemed to work, but when I started the game today, despite it said connecting to Europe in the beginning in settings it showed Asia, so yes, the issue persists.
