Winter cabine stutter

Hello everyone. After I built a new computer, I had a stutter specifically in the winter cabin. The game runs at 200-300 fps, but it constantly stutters a lot. 9950x3d+5070+64gb cl28

(on my old PC from 15 years ago (i7 3770k + gtx 670 2gb) everything worked perfectly)

also, after the last update, while sitting at a table in the winter cabin (when playing paws, etc.), my cursor began to move to the second monitor (full-screen mode is on). This has never happened before. How to fix it?)

Please check the “Display Settings” on the monitor you are using to play Party Animals:

1.Right Click your desktop and open the “Display Settings”
2.Scroll down and find the “Advanced Display Settings”
3.Choose the “Refresh Rate” that you want to lock on
