Why didn't I receive my 10 free surprises eggs?

Seems like a lot of people aren't getting them either. I also played during the 2020 playtest and didn't get rewards either. Hopefully they see the people that didn't get it and fix it 🙁

Haven't gotten any gifts either. I'm pretty sure I also played during the beta in 2020. I do remember playing a beta like 2 or 3 years ago. Wasn't the only map available Ichiban with no poison gas during that beta?
