Arabian
Regarding your post, first of all, we trust Barbie has explained to you repeatedly that we have never overlooked players from any region or language group, including the Middle East and Arabic speakers. We sincerely want players from every corner of the world to be able to play Party Animals smoothly and enjoyably, to make friends, and we remain steadfast in our efforts toward that goal.
However, due to technical limitations, cost considerations, cultural review processes, and other constraints, we are not able at this stage to swiftly add servers in the Middle East or provide an in‑game Arabic localization in the short term. Therefore, as official staff, and to avoid confusion, we cannot respond definitively to an unclear or unspecified situation.
That said, this does not mean we do not care about the gaming experience of players in the Middle East. In fact, we have been actively collecting network reports from players in the region who encountered errors and continuously compiling various case studies. The development team is striving to find solutions to this issue.
We sincerely apologize to Middle Eastern players who frequently encounter errors such as 50000. We understand your frustration — no one enjoys repeatedly experiencing errors while trying to play. Over the past year, every post of yours urging improvement of Middle Eastern network connectivity has been forwarded to the development team. We respect your voice and sincerely hope your issues can be resolved as soon as possible.
However, respecting your voice does not mean we will tolerate spamming the forum with junk posts or using abusive language toward other players. If you have any complaints, we welcome you to raise them through proper channels (for example, support tickets). Whether it is submitting multiple duplicate tickets or directing hostile and excessive language at staff, we will make every effort to address your concerns.
The forum is for all players, and every player's experience here is of paramount importance to us. Spamming other players’ threads, posting a large volume of junk content, or verbally abusing others greatly harms other users’ experiences and seriously violates community rules.
Also, we cannot tolerate you spreading false rumors or making defamatory accusations about our staff. As members of the team behind the game, our dedication to Party Animals is no less than that of any player. Our staff have invested tremendous effort and care to provide a better experience for players, and we will not accept baseless allegations such as
Arabian Are they really stealing our money and trying to deceive us with lies
We will not allow such behavior; that is why accounts that post spam are subject to bans and why we have issued you a friendly reminder.
Arabian none of this would have happened
We hope you can calm down, stop disrupting other players’ experiences, and make good use of your time. If you persist in spamming and attacking others, we will continue to take action against your behavior in accordance with the community rules.
