Purchased character “Om Nom” missing after latest update

Sorry for the confusion.

At present, Om Nom has been available in the in-game Item Store on two occasions:

First availability: February 24, 2024 (V1.5.2) ~ May 23, 2024 (V1.6.4)
Second availability: May 30, 2025 (V1.11.10) ~ August 30, 2025 (V1.12.7)

After verification, we found that the account shown in the image has the same nickname on both the Chinese Server and the Global Server. However, both accounts were created in September 2024, which is later than the first time Om Nom was available in the Item Store.

In addition, we have verified the purchase records of both accounts during the second time Om Nom was available in the store:

The account on the Chinese Server did not log into the game at all during this period.
The account on the Global Server logged into the game only once, on June 29, 2025, and purchased 2662.

In other words, neither of these two accounts has any record of purchasing Om Nom.

你发的截图不也都没有5.30-8.30的记录吗？登录都没有买皮肤更是无从谈起了。英语不好就去国区找人问啊，人话都看不懂就扯人家删你数据是不是太白痴了点，涉嫌造谣了吧。。。。奥姆诺姆就是个不用花钱的饼干皮肤，人家删你数据能变成世界首富吗？

I think the longer the name is, the smaller the triangle gets, notice that “Max” is only three letters. If you zoom in to the Om Nom picture you can slightly see the triangle.

Cirno Emmm… it doesn’t look like the triangle gets smaller as the name gets longer.
These are screenshots of me and my friend. Both of our names are very long (even longer than @ad99 ), but you can still clearly see a small triangle under the name tag.

No, it's merely a simple trick.
You can change your friend's nickname to your own in-game, then take a screenshot – that's all there is to it.
This is a fraudster who never purchased the skin, yet provided fabricated screenshots to demand compensation from the developers while falsely accusing them of tampering with his data and erasing his history. It's merely a 6,000 cookie skin. We all know no game developer would target a player over a practically free skin, deliberately deleting their data.
It now seems clear the developers privately warned and rejected him via support tickets, deleting all his posts. They spared him a shred of dignity—truly kind of them.
