Due to a recent configuration error, four Nemo Kart decors were mistakenly made available for purchase.
As these decors are not planned for official release at this time, the purchased items will be reclaimed.
Players who purchased the affected decors will receive compensation equal to 2× the original purchase price, granted in Gears. Details are as follows:
- Carrot Kart (Price: 2400 Gears, Compensation 4800 Gears)
- Monstro of Fire (Price: 900 Gears, Compensation: 1800 Gears)
- Brown Puppy (Price: 2400 Gears, Compensation: 4800 Gears)
- Green Blocks (Price: 900 Gears, Compensation: 1800 Gears)
The reclaim and compensation will take effect on 12 AM Feb 5 (PT).
The compensated Gears will be added directly to your account, and no notification will be shown. Please check your Gears balance change before and after the effective time.
If the changes do not apply immediately, please try restarting the game.
