We noticed the strong interest in the return of this outfit series and have been actively communicating with the IP partner. We are happy to announce that this series will be returning soon, in the form of a claw machine.
2. "Regarding the issue where some Russian players are occasionally unable to enter the game."
After investigation, the occasional inability for players in Russia to enter the game is caused by Steam platform-level verification failures and is not directly related to the game itself.
We found that some ISPs in Russia have blocked Steam's verification gateways. This situation does not only affect our game, but may also impact other games on the Steam platform.
Due to platform limitations, we are currently unable to resolve this issue directly. Affected players are advised to try using a VPN to bypass the regional gateway restrictions in order to log into the game normally.
3. "Why does Local Mode on consoles not support 4-player split-screen?"
The main reason Local Mode on consoles does not support 4-player split-screen is hardware performance limitations.
4. "Feedback and Suggestions for Classic Mode"
We have recently received a number of suggestions and feedback regarding Classic Mode. To better gather and organize everyone's input, we will be opening a dedicated Classic Mode feedback channel in the official Discord server.
If you have optimization suggestions or issues related to Classic Mode, please share them in that channel. When describing specific situations, we recommend including relevant screenshots or videos whenever possible.
Within the channel, you can also use reaction emojis to upvote feedback you agree with, rather than posting duplicate feedback. Suggestions that receive higher community support will be prioritized for review and evaluation.

5. "I am willing to wait longer for matchmaking. Can the matchmaking experience be improved?"
In the early stages, due to smaller player pools in certain regions and AI behavior that was not yet fully optimized, we temporarily loosened MMR matchmaking restrictions. This resulted in some matches with large skill gaps between players. After improving AI behavior, we have gradually tightened MMR matchmaking restrictions and moderately increased matchmaking times in an effort to pair players with opponents of similar skill.
The current matchmaking system is the result of balancing multiple factors. However, due to the limited number of high-skill players in some regions, further improvements are currently difficult to achieve. Additionally, excessively long matchmaking times would significantly harm the overall experience, which is not an outcome we want.
We will continue to monitor matchmaking conditions and explore further optimization opportunities. Thank you very much for your understanding and support.
6. "The fishing insurance system was added, so why am I still unable to catch legendary fish?"
First, we want to clearly explain the core intent of the fishing pity system. It was not designed to increase the drop rate of high-quality fish, such as legendary fish. Instead, its purpose is to stabilize fishing returns and prevent situations where players feel that the more they fish, the more they lose, in terms of Treats.
The key role of this system is to balance cost versus reward. If you fish for a long time using a certain type of bait (for example, honeycomb), the system tracks your total Treats spent and your total Treats earned from selling fish. When a clear net loss occurs (for example, spending 500 Treats but only earning 300 Treats), the system will provide a return-to-balance compensation. In subsequent fishing attempts, you may receive higher-value fish to ensure that your overall returns do not remain consistently negative.
It is important to clarify that while these higher-value compensation fish may occasionally result in catching higher-quality fish, this is only a side effect of the system. We have not directly adjusted the base drop rates of legendary or other high-tier fish. The value of compensation is also dynamically adjusted based on the amount of loss, which means the types of fish you receive can vary.
Regarding feedback about the difficulty of completing the fish compendium or the challenge of catching specific legendary fish, we are actively exploring possible optimization directions. We sincerely hope to continue improving the fishing experience over time.
7. "About account violations related to Family Sharing and Friend Pass"
The original purpose of introducing Family Sharing and the Friend Pass was to allow players to more easily enjoy Party Animals together with family and friends.
Recently, however, we have observed a small number of players abusing these features to engage in rule-breaking behavior within the game. This not only goes against the original intent of these features, but also seriously harms the fairness and overall game environment.
As a result, we are set to introduce a linked penalty system for Family Sharing and Friend Pass usage. If an account you share with is found to have committed violations in the game, your own account may also be subject to related penalties.
We would like to remind all players to use Family Sharing and the Friend Pass responsibly, and to only share access with family members or trusted friends, so we can all help maintain a healthy and fair game environment together.
